The Daydreamer

10 year old Peter daydreams a lot. Some of his daydreams feel very real to him. He dreams about being a cat or baby for a day or what if he found vanishing cream. Wonderfully written. I did not realize until I looked it up that this is also the author of Atonement. I never read Atonement but have heard lots about it. This was Ian's McEwan's first children's novel and I enjoyed it a lot.
